Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your card purchase(s). If you change your mind or encounter any issues, our UK-specific returns policy is outlined below:
1. Change of Mind – Online Orders
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days of receipt.

You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received – unopened and sealed products must remain sealed.

We will issue a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund as appropriate.

We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened trading card packs and singles are non-returnable.

This is due to the nature of trading cards, where value can be affected by handling or tampering.

We do not accept returns on individual cards & graded slabs where buyer remorse or desirability is the reason.
- We do not accept returns on Mystery Items and Packs. Once purchased you agree to these terms due to the nature of the products and the potential tampering / buyers remorse that can come into play.
