Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your card purchase(s). If you change your mind or encounter any issues, our UK-specific returns policy is outlined below:

1. Change of Mind – Online Orders

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received – unopened and sealed products must remain sealed.

  • We will issue a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund as appropriate.

  • We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened trading card packs and singles are non-returnable.

  • This is due to the nature of trading cards, where value can be affected by handling or tampering.

  • We do not accept returns on individual cards & graded slabs where buyer remorse or desirability is the reason.

  • We do not accept returns on Mystery Items and Packs. Once purchased you agree to these terms due to the nature of the products and the potential tampering / buyers remorse that can come into play.
